Hope this helps a bit Now it's Maria's turn to try and translate it in Italian I = interviewerJ = Jake I: So true - so false : are you looking for a property in New York ?J: Euh…I wouldn’t know if that’s so true… But, I would say it’s somewhat true. I: okay. Is it true you’re going to play a cop in your next movie?J: By the way, you know, when you’re going to New York who doesn’t want to buy a property in New York or at least… rent? I: … Rent something, oh so you think of setting up shop in New York okay...J: I don’t know… I: Is it true you play a cop in your next movie?J: That is true, so true! I: What are you doing to prepare for the role?J: So many… I mean euh… everything, this role is a real, a sort of different approach than I’ve ever taken in preparing for a role before, and I’m just getting in there and hopefully it’ll be closest to euh… I just… All I care about it is doing the LAPD right, that’s what I’m trying to do and I’m learning everything I can. I: So you’re preparing by going bowling over the weekend with Adam Levine? Who is the better bowler between the two of you guys?J: Well the movie starts in July, so we have a couple of months. And every once in a while… I’m not (…) (sorry don’t know this word), seven months before and… But euhm… cops do bowl, so I don’t know what to say about that. I: Okay, who’s the better bowler between you guys?J: I’ll give it to Adam, definitely. I: You’re such a great gentleman…J: I’m spending enough… I’m spending time working on my characters and the roles in my work, you know what I mean, so I don’t have so much time for bowling. I: Thanks for spending some time with us tonight, congrats on Source Code!J: Thank you so much for having me!

I didn't understand 100% either, I think he says "I'm not napping for seven months" (meaning he won't just lay on the couch letting time pass) or "I'm not mapping for seven months" (meaning that he hasn't planned out the whole time until the movie starts...)

Actually that's not Italian, that's Spanish In Italian it would be something like "baciami tanto" (Maria and Sonia please correct me if I'm wrong ) Wow I'm impressed, Mermon, you speak Russian, it's not an easy language! I'm planning to learn Russian myself (as a small part of my roots are Russian - my grandmother on mom's side came from Ukraine. When my mom was a child, my grandmother obliged her to study Russian after school hours, she didn't like it -understandably so, she was just a kid, she wanted to play after school, instead of going to another school as an extra, to learn Russian-, but now she's happy she can speak Russian, sometimes she writes with her niece in Ukraine, but it's actually more in English than in Russian because her niece said wants to learn English , but now I'm learning Italian, I take it one at a time I speak quite good Dutch (of course, it's my native language LOL ), French and English, and some German and some Italian

Wow! So you are a polyglot Els! I learned Russian at school. It was obligatory. But I didn't use it by many years, so I would have problem to really talk. But i understand more than I may talk and my language and Russian are similar, many words are almost the same. I still remember Cyrillic. So, if your mom speaks Russian, she could teach you. As you said. There are your roots. And Russian is quite in fashion now.
You're absolutely right about "besame mucho". You see how I know, or don't know Italian? ;D
