A bearded Jake Gyllenhaal is seen smoking during the intermission of the off-broadway production of 'If You Haven't Found it Yet'. 8.1.12

Thanks for posting. I would love to see him work. As many have stated before. I wish he would stop smoking. He looks happy and relaxed.

He really seems to be happy and in good mood since working on a play in theatre. Probably getting great reception of his work. And enjoying his part and being on stage. He's somehow more accessible now!

Thanks for posting. I would love to see him work. As many have stated before. I wish he would stop smoking. He looks happy and relaxed. I didn't want to be the one to say it first, but the smoking---AAGGHHH!!! What I'd like to know is, how does this unhealthy behavior match up with LiveStrong and all the working out? the Stand Up to Cancer promotion? Jake's in the midst of a great creative burst right now, with the play, EOW opening very shortly, An Enemy coming next year, and possibly another movie starting after the holidays. He usually looks fantastic and he has plenty to be happy about, but I wonder: smoking is a crutch, and he may be needing it to diffuse pressure and tension in spite of all the positive energy in his life these days. (And we don't know if he might be under strain in his private/family life either. Hopefully, things are good there.) Doing eight performances a week, including two days with two performances each, makes big demands on the energy and emotions. He has to deliver the goods till the Sunday after Thanksgiving. His mission should be to keep himself in tip-top shape. I'll see the play two days from now, on Wednesday. My prayer is that he doesn't, for some reason, have to miss the performance.

Evie! Fingers crossed for your play to be on on Wednesday without any troubles and for a nice encounter with Jake. We count on your detailed review! Have fun for all of us who can't see it ever, like ever!

Yeah, it hard to see him smoke. You make a great point on stress. It might be out of habit now. He has to know that it is harmful. Its up to him to stop. Hopefully soon rather than later. So his body can heal right. Also go happy that you are going to see the play. Cant wait for you thoughts.
