I am not sure how I would react, but I like that Jake stayed calm. That he could control himself in a situation like that. That makes me feel safer for him should he ever be in another situation like that. Yes, I admire Jake for not making an issue of this terrible invasion of his privacy. He was very low-key and casual when the TV interviewer asked him about the incident. But I don't blame Jake at all for his actions in the bathroom when this idiot took his picture. In fact, I'm glad he went after the guy--I consider that a normal response. Jake didn't freak out and try to hurt this jerk, or scream about it then or afterward (as far as we know). I suspect there are other celebrities who wouldn't have behaved so well in the same situation. Jake's a class act--he conducts himself with dignity, restraint, common sense, and sometimes even humor when unfortunate things take place. He doesn't blab or curse or threaten. He earns my respect over and over.

As i said already Gyllenhaal handled quite well, he react quietely, joking also a bit, don't give to this sick guy stature, but if was Bayle, or Craig they would reach much more worser, but even if Gyllenhaal would reacht differently this perv was to blame. I'm shocked really that somone could dare to takes pics like this, while a celebriti having a leak, what the heck, and i hope that everyone now would be less interested in paparazzi. This shit need to be stopped.

As already advertised by Book-our lovely Mary- during a recent interview left at Hollywood access Gyllenhaal talked about his next project in a cop drama, the movie should be directed by David Ayer, title End of WatchThe Brokeback Mountain star Jake Gyllenhaal is considering the possibility to participate in the police drama End of Watch written and directed by David Ayer. At the moment the plot of the movie it were news rather vague, but it seems that at the middle of the story there is a friendship between two long-time partners assigned to the same team. Ayer and John Lesher will produce the film with their Crave Films and Le Grisbi Prods. The director is not new the detective genre, as he signed the screenplays for Training Day, SWAT and Harsh Times - The days of hatred, starring Christian Bale. Recently Ayer has also directed Keanu Reeves on Street Kings, another cop drama. Jake Gyllenhaal had used his status as the action-hero starring in the Disney blockbuster Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time. Soon we shall see in sci-fi action Source Code, but the actor could aim to take the place of Matt Damon in the fourth installment of the Bourne saga, if he always win the day over formidable rivals like Garrett Hedlund or Shia LaBeouf.www.movieplayer.it/news/15986/jake-gyllenhaal-in-end-of-watch/

a little more about the story of "End of Watch" from some Gyllenhaal's statement:
"For the first time, we hear a little about End of Watch: it's “a beautiful screenplay about two Los Angeles police department officers. It’s about the nature of duty and friendship, and about the reasons why young guys put their lives in danger[...]"
