The article is wrong. That's actually Jake's publicist, Carrie Byalick.

jsrocks: Yeah, you're right - I googled both of them (Jordan and Carrie) and it really does look more like Carrie. How did you know that?! If I was to work for Jake I guess I would dress differently, but then I wouldn't go to the office like that either.

I left a comment correction on the article and it looks like they changed it. They could have easily found out she was his publicist before writing the article, but I guess they wanted to stir up more rumors. Figures. They didn't post my comment, just corrected their mistake. I don't think he's bored, I just think he's holding a conversation with the U2 member in the hat, one of those pauses in speech when you look away from the person you are speaking to as you attempt to sum up what you are trying to say before you say it, he may even be half listening to his publicist and Bono's conversation too.

Yeah he's not bored. He's just in the middle of a conversation with The Edge during a relaxing lunch. Everyone always says Jake looks bored in pictures, but we don't always know that.
