SonJekA (Sonia) started this thread on the original board. It was really fun to see where all the different places IHJ members are from. Just post any photos of places you've lived or are currently living at. They don't have to be personal photos (but they can be if you want to post those). Everyone has such interesting photos to share, so go ahead and post away! [If you can, if your photos are really large, try to resize them before posting so it won't stretch the board. If you can't resize them, that's ok. ]I'm currently in our (USA) nation's capital, Washington, DC. I'm from Ohio (Newark/lived and went to college in Columbus). I love Ohio and it's nice to visit. Newark, OhioColumbus, OhioI was just in Ohio for Thanksgiving and I'm looking forward to visiting my family again for Christmas. I love DC, but it's a nice change every now and then to go back home and visit with family and friends in Ohio.

Here is a link to the old thread. You can get an idea of how neat it was to see all the different photos people shared of where they live. I love European architecture (it's so much better than US architecture haha!). It's so beautiful. Actually I think every other country has better architecture than we do. ;D There are tons of places in the US that are unique and beautiful though. I'm pretty sure you can still view it, even though the old board isn't working correctly anymore. iheartjake.suddenlaunch.com/index.cgi?board=Chat&action=display&num=1173388210

This is a town close by (I live in a real small "I-know-all-my-neighbor"-village) where they shot the new Orlando Bloom / Mads Mikkelsen (The Three Musketeers) movie recently:

wow such amazing city, i love yur pics....seem there's a lot of monument...nice place to live! Thank you! Actually there aren't many monuments in Minsk because most of old historical buildings were destroyed during the wars on the territory of our country, so yeah, Minsk has modern architecture now because it was rebiult many many times. As for us we honestly we like cities with old architecture

Great topic. I love looking at pictures of other cities. All are beautiful.
I will separate some photos from my city, unfortunately I lost some lately.
