Thanks Barbara - that's a really nice article and so perfectly timed too. I don't think anyone could have played Brian Kinney the way Gale did. He was perfect for the part. He's not doing too bad either with Professor Julian Parish ;D. I hope HC take advantage of it and the plot gets better in the long run. It must be Gale & Randy Day today......enjoy You're welcome. This is probably one of the most personal interviews he's ever given. They love him over at Metro. He's revealed much more of who he is at his core. How exhilarating it must have been. and at the same time a bit scary. Good for him...he's really grown..From what we've been allowed to see, I have nothing but admiration and respect for him as a person--so glad to have *discovered* him so many years ago.

Thanks for the interview, Barbara. Gale was very candid about his acting and his accident's effect on it. I am impressed and glad to see him opening up a bit. I am curious about what he said about getting angry much more easily, yet he seems much more laid back since then.
Any thoughts, people?
I'm going to go watch Gale's scenes in Hellcats, so I'll be back later with my thoughts.
Do we know when Gale will be back on HC?

As he mentions, since his accident there have been changes...like the anger and the openess. As far as I can recall from reading about post-concussion symptoms, his are classic and can last for a short time, or for years, or never leave.
And he said and I'm paraphrasing, "it was a gift and a blessing". I think he might have meant a curse and a blessing...no?

And he said and I'm paraphrasing, "it was a gift and a blessing". I think he might have meant a curse and a blessing...no? Either that or the journalist fails at transcribing. Seriously, Gale Howard? I mean, really. Journalists need to edit their own work and, you know, follow up on whether or not someone's name might be spelled wrong. Sorry, I'm in a journalism class right now and I've always been a bit of a "grammar and spelling nazi" so things like this really bug me. This is why people always ask me to beta-read their fanfiction. But, ugh! Being a journalist means you should probably know how to gather accurate information. Anywho, I think Randy's voice is amazing. He sounds so good when he sings! I love his sense of humour. It's just so awesome. He cracks me up. It's weird that he was talking about serial killers, because I just got a book out of the library on Ted Bundy for random reading. I'm glad that Gale is opening up. It's really nice. It's good to hear that he's all healed and everything. If you could ask Gale two questions, what would they be? I'd ask him what his favourite books, movies or bands are. And what was the most interesting/stimulating/favourite role for him to play, whether it be screen or stage.

Juno even Jake is excited about William and Kate! Have a look (it´s around 2:20): Thanks Elly. Jake is so nice. I think Gale made a very good point when he said: "Nobody knew me, which was amazing, in a way, for the show, because you see that person for the first time when they’re playing that character so you believe it more."If Gale had already been well known as another TV character Brian would not have been so totally believable. Welcome back OLIVIA. I knew you wouldn't be able to stay away too long ;D

This invitation-only concert will be held at the famed Hudson Terrace. Randy Harrison - one of the performers broadwayworld.com/article/Orfeh_Chase_et_al_Set_for_Steven_Jamail_Concert_1122_20101118 ETA - Marny - Randy looks great in the Yagg vid, don't you think? Better lighting than on stage ;D

barbara thank you for posting the interview on here. I thought it was very interesting and I also agree with what he said about nobody knowing him before, so his role was much more believable. That is so true. Of course it also depends on how good the actor plays his role but that nobody knew him before definitely played a big part too. I'm so glad he played Brian, I couldn't imagine anybody else doing it. qafkinnetic the Gale Howard really bugged me too. Seriously?Nobody noticed it?I mean that's a totally different name! elly Thank you

I saw a commercial for the new season on The Closer and cue-ball-Peter-Paige was being interrogated by the lady with the annoying accent (played by Kira Sedgwick). Good for him!
